"It does not mean that like every person who responded to the survey in West Hartford was completely happy and completely healthy and completely anxiety free," said Kelly Davila, senior research associate at CT Data Haven. The score reflects that compared to other towns and cities in the region, West Hartford comparatively surveyed the highest in these categories. West Hartford's scores in this area are higher than the state overall. In Connecticut, 16 percent of residents self-report poor or fair health.
